We cannot possibly say enough good things about our stay at Song Me Homestay. It is absolutely beautiful and brand new. It is a modern home with a gracious veranda outside the 3 upstairs rooms. They have a state of the art water purification system so we can fill our wayer bottles in the kitchen and not have to waste more plastic!!! The mother and son cook absolutely beautiful meals. They go to the market every morning for fresh ingredients. They have a fish pond in the property where we caught our own meal one night. You can order whatever you desire, and they will prepare for you. All the ingredients are organic and fresh. We had use of their laundry machine if we had needed it. The son does river tours to local sights as you wish. They didn't have the bikes for guests yet, so they borrowed from neighbours so we could explore the island and Vinh Long as we wished. It's an easy and pretty walk to the ferry and morning Market ....about 15 minutes. Yiu can even walk to the coconut candy factory if you like. We had an absolutely wonderful time and island itself is so pretty and friendly

Everything! Top class comfort after a few days around the Mekong Delta...Van and Eric were excellent...so kind and helpful. My room was without fault. Food delicious. Very restful villa.

The Homestay is a very nice place to stay and relax in the middle of a tropical garden with many fruittrees, palmtrees, wonderful flowers 🌺, exotic birds and butterflies 🦋. The Family and their staff is so very friendly and willing to help wherever they can. You will get a perfect instruction how to get from - for example - Ho Chi Minh City . and they will take you on a „private“ boattrip on the big and small Mekong. They will also help you to get a more „comfortable and luxury“ transport to the Airport Can Tho …. or anywhere. It’s a perfect place to relax and „calm down“ for a couple days after the so much crowded City of Saigon ! Also we recommend all the food, if you like, they offer a little cooking course and the pool was fantastic.

The stay and hosts were both amazing! We went to Sao Mai hotel as a family trip to visit Cai Be, and were welcomed by super friendly people running the hotel. Vu and his sister were incredibly nice to us, planned the whole trip and tour, and provided many solutions to our needs. The hotel is super nice, and offers clean rooms, tasty food and great entertainment! 😁 Vu took us on a tour, and it was incredible! We witnessed the entire experience (boat trip, tastings, crafting, sightseeing...), and loved every second of it! We recommend this hotel 100%! Thank you so much for the lovely experience!!

We spent 4 nights there. It was a very nice and relaxing time there. The resort is a beautiful garden, a quiet oasis. We have had a nica river-view bungalow. The food was delicious. The Staffel is very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious, hotel area well kept with lots of shade, sitting spots, plants and garden. The pool was the highlight for our kids - spacious, most of the time only for us, right on the riverbanks of Mekong. The hotel manager ( lady at the reception) was very helpful, aranged for us a short boat trip with biking and even went with us as guide. Bikes were available for us during the ehole stay. The area is not turisty at all, we havent´t seen any other foreign turist in 3 days in the village - this was a plus for us, but can be a minus for other people.
