Last minute booking with Calista after review all other one before, the one we chosen is Calista. Our journey with Calista Halong Bay Cruise was beyond expectations. The itinerary was well-planned with just the right balance of relaxation and sightseeing. The staff were professional, attentive, and always smiling — making us feel truly welcomed. The cabins were spotless and elegantly designed, offering amazing views of the bay. Meals were delicious and beautifully presented, with plenty of options. Quite possibly the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. Ha Long Bay is stunning and Catherine cruises really helps maximise this with very well organised and thought out itinerary. More than that though the staff are just incredible. We genuinely made friends with them [shout out Viktor aka Dragon!]. We made friends with other guests that we met up with throughout the rest of our stay. Just cannot encourage you enough to go for this - no chance you'll regret it.

The owners of the hotel are a beautiful family, who were very responsive and helpful. We have purchased a cruise through the hotel (Apollo one) and were very happy with the choice.
