The customer service was exceptional! Facilities are well maintained, comfortable and spacious. The common areas are well positioned to be on your own or socialise with other guests over a game on the pool table or watch one on tv. Rooms are spacious, clean and complete with all necessities. Location is close to the beach, shopping centre, food and entertainment. Easy access to a main road made me more comfortable adventuring as it was easy to make my way back. My stay was beautiful, comfortable and peaceful

We were travelling along the Eastern Cape and happened on Lavender B&B with few expectations . So pleased we stayed there not least for the staff and particularly owner James who went out of his way to make it all such a success. Not luxurious but a funky place to stay , fabulous breakfast and great recommendations for dinner. If we lived in the area we'd be regulars.

I was at this famous place last year and I returned because I liked it very much. It's a safe and quiet place where you can relax. Not far to the beach. Bonnie is a very kind and helpful host.

I've enjoyed the safety and the independence created by die self catering rooms. I had to work late in the evening and I didn't feel unsafe coming back to the guesthouse. I also liked the fact that I could park my car inside. I also enjoyed having my breakfast already in my room.

Dawson Manor Guest House felt like a safe haven for us. We were passing through town and we were worried about safety in the town. But when the gates opened we felt fully safe and welcome. The owner and manager were very kind, really going the extra mile for us. The rooms were perfect, very clean!

I liked everything about my stay. The owners are good people, my sister and I were supposed to check in @ 2pm but we had a car breakdown. The owner constantly checked up on us and when we arrived he was already at the gate waiting for us. He was a gentleman, he carried our bags and showed us our room. How sweet! 😊
