Beside the staff what’s more you may wonder. Chobe house is located right on the banks of Chobe River and still close to all supermarkets and restaurants. At Chobe house you will have comfortable bed, good WiFi, aircon and breath taking view of the Chobe River from the Boat House. Our whole stay’s highlight is the staff. Not only do they offer exceptional service; they are readily available whenever you need them for anything, literally. Our send off was as warm as the welcoming. After an informative chat on photography with IK and Phenyo we left Chobe House sure that we will definitely be back again. What a magical time we had!

They delayed breakfast until we returned from our safari. They were always looking out for us. The Guesthouse is such a lovely place. Very warm and welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was great.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would. It was truly one of the nicest hotel experiences I have ever had and it is mostly thanks to the incredible host Chimney. He is a remarkable person and host. He helped us so much when we had a car break down and drove us across Savuti to Khwai (which is an incredible distance). I highly recommend staying here and booking meals and activities with Chimney. His game drives were fantastic and he has a great chef who makes wonderful food. The lodge itself is very simple and comfortable with a very reasonable price but the extras are what makes the place extraordinary. Chimney is also a community leader and many things that he is doing is to help his entire village. It is clear the lodge is a labor of love for him and he built it on the site of his grandmother's house.

The little convenient store was very well stocked !!! More than I expected with good meat and Chicken and fresh Veggies!! And a lot more! The Birdwalk with Stone is not to be missed... He is a wonderful guide.. we saw 50 spesies an 6 lifers!!! Amazing .... The foodplanes were flooded , so we had amazing views and beautiful Sunsets. Thank You Muchenje Campsite.... I asked them to help me set up my marriage proposal and they went above and beyond to help me. We had private activities for our full stay and they helped organize a romantic sunset boat tour for my proposal. All in all, I would definitely recommend the Jackalberry Chobe Lodge, amazing people, beautiful views, the pool was great, the food was great and the activities were well organized, always on time. The perfect way to visit the Chobe region!

They each have an suite bathroom with a shower. Some tents offer views of the valley, while others face the forest. Lovely and helpful host with very well trained staff who were always helpful. Lovely location overlooking its own waterholes and a steady movement of game animals in/out which made for remarkable sights. Excellent game drives with very knowledgeable drivers. All round a great experience!
