Free Wi-Fi and private, on-site parking are provided. It is a lovely cozy hotel! Everything inside is made of wood which gives the hotel some special charm and coziness. There was a fireplace in our room right opposite the bed which made our stay even more beautiful. The view from the dining room on the second floor is great! Moreover, the hotel is pet friendly so we stayed there with our dog and there is a private parking on the ground floor. 10/10 recommend

Ideally located by Egnatia's interchange, the Epirus Lux Palace Hotel is a 5-star hotel, unique in its category in the wider region of north-western Greece. It features a huge, 500 m2 pool and offers free Wi-Fi in all areas and free private parking on site. The front desk manager went over and above to find us a ground floor room as we were travelling with our dog. They even added a couple of bowls and a blanket for her! The next day he greeted her by her name, which was so lovely. The dog park at the back of the hotel is a brilliant idea. For humans, we had a large room, very comfortable beds, large marble-clad bathroom with a bath and all the amenities one would want, including a coffee maker and good Wifi. Breakfast was lavish. Definitely on our 'must stay here' list when next in Ioannina.

Grand Serai Congress and Spa rooms are soundproofed and have air conditioning and a TV. Love this hotel, centrally located, just a short stroll to eateries, shops and attractions. Nice comfy rooms with large bathrooms. Very nice and polite staff, with an exceptional breakfast buffet, boasting a huge variety of tastes and flavors.
