They kept in touch with us before the check-in with WhatsApp to arrange transport from the port to the hotel. During our stay, we could also just WhatsApp message the staff for assistance and they will promptly reply. The constantly warm private small pool and the stream bath room are also nice.

The free shuttle from the airport and back was a great comfort. It was a lot cheaper than staying in Oia or Fira, however well enough connected with buses. The pool in the hotel was a great added value.

The beach of Monolithos lies at 7 km, while Kamari Beach is 12 km away. Free private parking is available on site. The cleanliness of the hotel and also the service from the staff, all of them were really kind and supportive, especially the lady at the reception. She helped us with many things and made sure we felt on holiday 🙂 The pool was great as well. And the location is good also. The center of Fira is about 9 min by walking.

Offering rooms with a private balcony, Pension Ptolemeos is situated 20 metres from shops and bars in Fira and 200 metres from the Caldera. There is a large panoramic seating area and a rooftop terrace with views of the Aegean Sea. The owner gave us much help. One of our partners lost his luggage on the ferry, and the owner called the ferry company many times to ask for us. Although the luggage is still not found, we appreciate the owner's help sincerely.

Give us tips and call for book table at restaurants for us. Cosy in the braeakfast-room, good coffe and good breakfast. Almost sad to leave this nice wibe hotel. Loved it!! Loved the kind staff/family.

The hotel is beautiful, with nice architecture, a large swimming pool and a restaurant with large windows and a terrace. The personnel from the hotel is very nice, they want their guests to have the best experience. They offered us fresh juice, water and sangria at the pool, and wine when we had dinner at the restaurant. It's a family business and everyone is really welcoming. They have a transfer service to go to the port, the airport or Fira. We stayed only 1 night as we were in transit between 2 other islands but I would definitely have spent more time here.
