We stayed at Disney Explorers Lodge for 2 nights—our first time at a Disneyland hotel—and it was exactly what we expected from the Disney experience: fun, a bit chaotic, and full of energy. The hotel itself is themed beautifully, with lots of charming details, and it’s perfect if you want to be close to the park. The complimentary shuttle made getting to the gates easy and quick. We mainly booked the character breakfast for the photo opportunities, and it delivered! Just keep in mind, the atmosphere is lively, loud, and not particularly relaxing—more about fun than calm. That said, the variety of food was impressive, and even after two days, we hadn't tried everything. The room cleaning was excellent and done discreetly, which we appreciated. If you're planning to spend your days in the park and want that full Disney immersion (plus guaranteed character photos), this is absolutely the right hotel. Three days felt like the perfect amount of time.

This 5-star hotel offers a bar. The accommodation provides room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. Beautiful room, with a breathtaking view. Shoutout to the Avoca restaurant, staff was super nice, food and drinks were incredible and has a beautiful view. In general the staff of the hotel is so nice and welcoming. Location is also perfect.

Location was great to experience the harbor and central, and the amenities were exceptional (especially the bar!). Wilson and Skye stood out amongst a staff of all-stars, and we will definitely be back when in Hong Kong. 10 Stars!

Clean, modern and impeccable service. They added a personalized touch to our stay. Shout out to Florence and Eric for making the stay extra special for my kids.

Wi-Fi is available for free throughout the hotel and the Guest Experience Team offers 24-hour services. The hotel has Stunning rooms with great bathroom facilities. The room designs are so well detailed. We stayed two separate nights in different studio rooms and both were outstanding.
