Great customer service, which exceeded all expectations! Super close to the airport. You can see the runway from the terraza. Room was very clean and comfortable. The house is precious and decorated in a traditional Guatemalan style. The terraza is GORGEOUS. The personnel are all very friendly and helpful. I arrived at 11pm and the older gentleman that picked me up was very kind and kept apologizing because he was unable to help me with my bags (not a problem at all!). The airport shuttle is free unless you come in late (after 10pm) and then it is $3 which is still much cheaper than an Uber or taxi. Breakfast and coffee is delicious and included! Highly recommend!!

Surrounded by nature in the middle of the jungle, the atmosphere is filled with sounds of birds and animals. When we got there it rained and it was lovely hearing the sound of the water on the cabana. It was a treat to see the sunrise in the morning, and have a delicious cooked breakfast afterwards. The staff are so helpful, caring and lovely. You can enjoy the lagoon.

You get a small discount for being a guest. Unfortunately the pool was being fixed. However, the hotel granted us a day pass to other hotel so that my nephew could enjoy a pool. They were very kind and helpful. There is parking inside the installations and the area is very safe. The stay was perfect.
