The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds featuring gardens, several pools, sports facilities and plenty of relaxing areas. The gym is phenomenal and I only wish I had brought my workout gear. What truly set this stay apart was the staff. We were celebrating a special occasion and the room was beautifully decorated with balloons, rose petals and a delicious chocolate cake waiting for us. A special mention to Sanjay who checked us in so warmly at reception and to Kay and Reham who looked after us so well during dinner. Also a big thank you to Joven and Jamira for their kindness. And to Nancy also! The amazing staff alone would make us want to return to Muscat just to stay at this hotel again.

We got an upgrade for my birthday to a pool access room which was lovely. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything you need. The restaurants are great. The breakfast was amazing they had lots of options and you can order your eggs. The gym was good and had everything you need.
