Facilities were modern and clean and the stay included breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful with arranging our Loop trip and helping with everything. The Ha Giang Loop itself was unforgettable experience with exceptional views and amazing group!! Our drivers Vanh and Van Nát were good drivers with fun personalities and made sure that we were comfortable during our whole trip. The group size consisted of 6 people + drivers which was much better than popular big group organizers like Jasmine Tours.

Great atmosphere within our small group of four during the loop. No issues upon return—he even offered us a shower while we waited for our bus to Sapa. The only minor downside was the noise in the morning from 6 AM (as in most tourist areas in Vietnam). We highly recommend it!

At the hotel, all rooms are equipped with a desk. Me and my two friends stayed here before going on a private ha giang loop tour. The rooms are very modern with comfy beds and great air con. The highlight by far, is the owner. He is lovely and was so helpful to us. We hadn’t ate the evening we arrived, so we were very hungry the next morning. Free breakfast is offered but it didn’t fill us up enough so he kindly cooked us more food for free without hesitation. He looked after our big bags whilst we were away on the loop. And then after we got back to pick out bags up, he offered us more food for free and gave us towels in case we wanted a shower before we left 🥺 very hospitable, can’t recommend enough!

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My easy rider was amazing — he was kind, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey. The route was stunning, with breathtaking views, well-planned stops, and plenty of opportunities to learn about the local culture. The accommodations were clean and cozy, and the food was delicious at every stop. This trip was truly the highlight of my time in Vietnam.
