The whole hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere, architecture and design of very high quality. I was absolutely delighted by the smell in the room. The staff is very friendly. Everywhere clean and very pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner is very high culinary affair which will energize you for the whole day. The wellness and spa are beautifully decorated fragrant and cozy. I will be happy to come back here again for a few days..

We booked a small apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bed in the kitchen-livingroom. The apartment was brand new, clean, equiped with some basic kitchen tools. For few days it is perfect for 2 couple or 3 friends. Design is nice (except bedroom doors), it seems good quality.

We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start our days. The pool and spa, set against the backdrop of that breathtaking view, were simply wonderful. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a stunning view that took our breath away. Our stay was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding staff, delightful breakfast, incredible pool and spa, exquisite dining, and the generous room upgrade.     We had the room closest to the entrance and on the first floor so it was very easy to get in and out with dogs. Nice and spacious apartment. Comfy beds.
