The place was super relaxing for us. Even for the short trip it was much fun. The atmosphere is amazing, but it may be not so amazing for everyone - the concept of coliving doesn't match well with 4-star service hotel. So if you are ready for self-service, exploring places and meeting new people - it's a perfect place. But if you want a traditional hotel you may be dissapionted. We liked the food - it was simple but nice, the drinks were amazing and having dinner and breakfast in the garden is priceless. Our room was perfectly clean and the main bed was super comfy. We definetely would like to come here again for a longer stay.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Heating is fully adjustable to suit your needs. There is floor heating an AC. Room is reasonably quiet. Owner of the place could not be better, always available to answer questions. Parking is available almost always around the building for free, and you have private parking if you don't find one.

Visited Bulgaria many times in several places all around the country. In most of the occasions we were very well accommodated and we felt vey welcome! Kadiyata Guest House in Bansko is definitely a place where we were more than welcome... Visited in April, just after the winter season has been finished and a couple of weeks before the summer season, and we found a very peaceful and relaxed town. Indeed some places were empty and closed but for us was exactly what we searched for... You could still find a lot of nice local restaurants and places to visit, but the entire atmosphere was quite relaxed and not crowded. The host was just like a charm! Spared no effort to make us like home, helped us to find places to visit or to chose some local goodies to bring home to our son. For which I can not thank her enough! Even though we were the only guests in that period she was there to give us all the details and help whenever we needed. The room was spacious, very clean, with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and a nice touch we found that was different in each of the three mornings we enjoyed there. The place is located in a pretty narrow street, in a very charming part of the town. You can reach it with your car with some care, but for parking you need to drive to the next square or on the neighboring streets. Not a deal breaker and for sure the area felt quite safe. All in all we highly recommend the place, and for sure plan to come back here sometimes. PS: She is working very hard to re-decorate and modernize their restaurant (механа) to be ready for this summer season, so it should become even better!

I liked the comfortable room with great bed, armchair, fridge, balcony and air-conditioning in addition to the heat radiator. Clean: room and modern bathroom, the bathrobe was a nice touch. Welcoming and clean spa facilities- small pool, spacious sauna, mellow atmosphere. The breakfast was ok but nothing fancy. Pet-friendly hotel! Also has a nice sun lounge room off the main lounge on the ground floor. Perfect location in the center right across the quiet town park.

The owner been so kindly to us, very friendly man! Location is great, 5 min walk to center street and to the gandola(funicular to the mountain) In February in the room been very warm even with open windows. Rooms been clean and nice! Parking place around hotel. Beautiful view on mountains And very important – pet friendly. Advice to choose for your vacation 😊

The room was quite big and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are pretty good and tasty. The spa zone is great and available almost the whole day. The hotel is pet-friendly and located very close to the park, which is a great place for walking. The staff is very friendly and positive.

Location, the double bedroom apartment was very comfortable, great view to the mountains, very helpful and attentive staff! Plenty of necessary amenities around the hotel, like a food and drink shop, ski rental, restaurant, and a short proximity to the ski lift! Pet friendly hotel, which was important since we took our small dog with us for Christmas. The breakfast is plentiful with food for different tastes. Beds, pillows, linen TOP, making your sleep extremely pleasant.

Staff is very friendly. People with children will enjoy the nice playground and the hotel seems to be pet friendly as well. Spa is okay, though if there are a lot of guests it does get a bit cramped. Food quality was nice. Our room had a bigger than usual fridge. Location is at a good distance from nearby cities, by car of course. Overall the positives outweigh the negatives, it's a nice place, I would recommend for 4-5 nights if it isn't full.
