The apartment had absolutely everything our family needed. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean. The host was incredibly kind and pleasant. The kitchen and rooms were fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay — I honestly can’t think of anything that might have been missing. Thank you for everything!

The house was very clean, cosy and it was quite spacious. The price was good as well and there were no problems with the owner, who was kind and helpful. In the end, we had a great time and there were even cute cats around the houses. 10/10 place and experience, would love to return some day.

The hotel was clean. The pool and and the spa was perfect. Breakfast was superb. The hotel has also three restaurants althpugh little bit pricy taste and quality was very good. The staff was kimd and helpful. My 6 year old kid had a good time there.

The place was super relaxing for us. Even for the short trip it was much fun. The atmosphere is amazing, but it may be not so amazing for everyone - the concept of coliving doesn't match well with 4-star service hotel. So if you are ready for self-service, exploring places and meeting new people - it's a perfect place. But if you want a traditional hotel you may be dissapionted. We liked the food - it was simple but nice, the drinks were amazing and having dinner and breakfast in the garden is priceless. Our room was perfectly clean and the main bed was super comfy. We definetely would like to come here again for a longer stay.

Great communication by the hotel management. The apartment was 10/10 - amazing design and utility, same for the hotel. Easy separated parking spots in front of the hotel. Entering into the rooms is by password only, makes it a lot easier than to worry about losing your card or key.

This is our fifth visit to Bansko and our first in this hotel. Any other hotel is not compared to this one. Big, clean, and cozy room, private wood fireplace, spectacular view, perfectly maintained and decorated building, the hospitality and availability of Demian, the host, generous breakfast - we will come back again and again.
