Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff who were both kind and helpful. We were traveling as a trio on a bike trip through Switzerland and the staff at the hotel went out of their way to make sure we had a good trip. We are thankful for the accommodations and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Would stay here again.

The hotel and the staff are great. I liked them when our daughter got sick and we decided to leave because there was no hospital, they promised me to contact Booking. Com. They are so friendly with their guests. When i was driving on a difficult road in Frutt Mountain, they kept guiding me to reach them.

Amazing mountain view. Great breakfast. Perfectly clean. Bed very comfortable. Hosts are very welcoming. There's an elevator (which was a really nice surprise). The room was quiet with window closed. The hotel was easy to reach from the main road. Wish we stayed for more than one night!
