The location was amazing. You can over see Kriens and Lucerne. You are close by to the Mt.Pilatus Gondola. The service was superb. The staff was amazing. The rooms were very clean.

I have no words to describe how well I was welcomed by the hotel staff. I find myself in a situation when I arrived at the hotel, and the team were amazing in help me with everything. I never expected so much attention, dedication and help, I will be forever grateful for that. Very clean room and common parts. Comfortable and very quiet room. Nice and easy communication with host. Towels and toothbrush/paste left on the bed for our convinience (with a swiss chocolate). Easy to find
