Beautifully located in a small village of Malcantone, not far from Ponte Tresa. The view towards Italy is like a view from a jungle lodge. Part of the complex is designed as a Roman villa. The bungalows are in Spanish style. From simply furnished to very good. The food is very tasty. A short hour walk away is the only gold mine in Switzerland, which you can visit. Pure relaxation.

The apartment was very nice and clean, they have a room for washing clothes, i like the apartment so much and for sure i will be back for stay there another time, the owner is very helpful and very kindly, we ask him for ac and he brought it for us , we are very thankful for him , nice place for family and couples also with a nice view.

We're a family of 4. Stayed one night and regret that we didn't stay longer. Pros: - The hotel is fully renovated with very modern room & facilities while conserving the classic and historic feeling of original site & surroundings. - room was spacious, and the interior was very nice with good lighting conditions. - view was a bit limited lake view due to the original building structure, but maybe in another room, it should have a great lake view, as the hotel stood on the hill over the lake. - had a dinner and a breakfast at the hotel restaurant and food was very nice with at least one star quality, and people there provided really attentive and kind service. - They have dedicated, large size parking building (with a fee) Cons - It's actually a little far from Lugano center, but I knew it and it was not my problem. All in all, it is a much more modern and classy hotel than expected, and I would definitely stay here if I visit Lugano again.

Amazing experience! After a long day of hiking we arrived in the cute village of Miglieglia and got immediately enchanted by the Casa San Stefano and it's very welcoming invite. Old, historical building. We were warmly welcomed by the owners and received an upgrade of the room we had booked. Authentic, well-decorated interior. After a very peaceful night, we enjoyed the amazing breakfast with fresh, healthy ingredients and plenty of choice. Would i recommend the place? Definitely!

    The location of the property is phenomenal. It’s like finding a hidden treasure .Food was also very good . The stuff are very pet friendly . The bed was comfortable absolutely loved it . We’ll definitely be back .
