Very friendly staff, nothing was too much to ask. Due to car troubles, we stranded in this rustic hotel. The reception helped us with everything (luggage, tips for public transport). Amazing location with beautiful views and a nice wellness. Breakfast was really good!

I'm traveling from Japan, and Thusis is very convenient for sightseeing as both the Bernina Express and Glacier Express stop there. it is very difficult (and expensive!) to find accommodations with parking in Chur and St. Moritz. So I think we made a very good choice. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is also a restaurant where you can eat on a terrace with a very nice view. We loved the hotel and were made to feel very welcome. Staff were cheerful, friendly and attentive. Our rooms were clean and beautifully furnished and we loved having access to the balcony and mountain views. The spa is also lovely and we visited every day. Mealtimes were great. There was lots of choice; food was fresh, well cooked and tasty and breakfast supplies were replenished continually. The staff even made us a packed lunch to take with us as we left before breakfast on the last day.
