A beautifully decorated and very cozy apartment right above the winemaker’s cellar. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and there were also toiletries and even disposable slippers provided. The apartment is ideal for two people, but a family of four can also stay comfortably. There is a small covered outdoor area with a grill at the entrance, and a little garden with seating just up the stairs.

The accommodation itself looked even better than on the pictures. The location is super nice as it is hidden in the small street with other wine cellars. The owners family was very friendly and provided really nice experience for our group. Would definitely want to return and make this our team tradition.

I visited this place as a stop on my way to Croatia during a motorcycle trip. It was the most interesting offer I could find near Mikulov, which I intended to sight see. At first I had some trouble locating any sort of reception or entrance. I was finally directed to a building/shop next to the main entrance (next to car weigh) where a lady selling beer and vine admitted me and gave me my key. Not much use with English, but Google Translate with Czech helped. The rooms can be accessed by a staircase in the back of the building located in the back of the premises. Bathrooms and showers were separate, but very nice and clean. Building looked like a facility for housing kids on summer camps/road trips. There was a fully equipped kitchen on the floor I was on. The room was very nice, bed was comfy with quite hard mattress and showers and toilets were spotless. In the morning a breakfast was offered in the dining hall on the ground floor. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was very friendly. What was the unexpected highlight of this stay for me, was the fact that this is some sort of brewery/winery?? They either produce it (there are wineyards around the village) or sell it there in stock. On the premises there is a place with chairs, music and stocked full of wine and beer. You pay by placing some money in a money box inside and just pour whatever you like. The strongest beer is 13%. The atmosphere was fabulous, there was a bunch of Czech people having fun there, singing and probably enjoying someone's birthday. No one nicked anything. Everyone paid something to the box on their own accord and just helped themselves to the beverages. I didn't intend to get tipsy that evening but I did and at the end of the day people said that I started speaking pretty good Czech... which I don't. :D Most enjoyable experience.
