We were attending the jazz festival so position was incredible. Close to the beach bars and close to the train station. Bedroom was great with beautiful white sheets and comfortable bedroom !

Absolutely lovely stay thanks to amazing people creating this hotel. At our arrival Christoph has given us all the information needed and was very helpful and charming (he also helped us with reservation at the Plage les Pirates - Pinede, in my opinion the nicest beach in Juan les Pins). Our room had a beautiful, spacious balcony with the view of the neighborhood. Charming swimming pool and the breakfast outdoor with a very nice choice of local products have made our short vacation even nicer. I’m already planning my next stay.

Breakfast is fantastic and great value. Staff are lovely and helpful. When we arrived we had picked up some bread and cheese and other snacks as we were arriving at an awkward time for food. We asked for a knife so we could eat in our room, but we were informed we couldn't eat in the room, however they could set us up in the breakfast area. They brought us cutlery, water and placemats and we had a lovely relaxed picnic there - and saved ourselves a lot of mess in our room!

    The hotel's location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and shops. Parking was available for a small additional fee, and the room was clean and tidy. I noticed that the hotel also accommodated some of the older generation, but this didn't bother me at all; I thought it was a wonderful idea overall.

    The two stars is for booking.com and not for the hotel itself. We arrived late in the evening, so we have to deal with terminal checking. We had 2 rooms. One room was so small, we asked for another room the next day and they were kind to move us to bigger one. They also gave beach towels, we appreciate that. The location is also great with cafes and supermarkets downstairs. 5min walk from the beach 😁 Dog is allowed 👍
