We have arrived almost by midnight. It was raining like crazy outside. Owner came to pick us up in front of the property. Welcomed us and accomodated us. We stayed there just for 4 hours as we had to catch early flight by morning. Owner prepared breakfast for us in advance. But most importantly he woke up at same time (4.a.m) as us, so he could drive us to the airport. What a gesture, never seen it before. Without him it would be struggle to get to airport that early. We had a comfy bed. Place is designed as old church, so there is specific atmosphere we liked. And a price? Lovely. You can not miss with this one.

It was a wonderful and hospitable stay. The host was very kind and helpful. The food was delicious! The place was cozy and clean. They also offer transfers from the airport to the hotel. I recommend it.

I am sincerely grateful to the hotel staff for their warm and attentive attitude towards their guests. I stayed with my grandmother, who has difficulty walking, and they prepared a room for us on the ground floor so she wouldn’t have to use the stairs. Everyone was kind and welcoming. The place is wonderful, and the airport transfer service deserves special thanks! You can also order breakfast if you wish, which is definitely a great convenience. The tiny house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The garden is very peaceful and relaxing. Communication with Svetlana was very good. She also prepared very tasty breakfast for us. It was a pity we only stayed for one night, it was one of the most welcoming places we stayed during our two weeks trip through Georgia. :)

This was an absolutely incredible stay, Berdia's place is VERY spacious and beautifully refurbished, everything one needs is provided. Very nice tucked away location, still a stone throw away from the Kutaisi centre and 2 minutes from Tskhaltubo's famous baths. In all honesty this place deserves even more than 10 stars! We met the host as well and had a nice chat - very pleasant and interesting person indeed!
