Gregori and his parents are lovely people who shared their home with us. Gregori speaks English and showed us his little farm. He gave us travel recommendations. We enjoyed plenty of homemade delicious food (best Khatchapuri Georgias) and wine. It is a wonderful place to relax and come in touch with Georgian life in the countryside. Unforgettable stay at this charming old villa-like family home. The house is reminiscent of good old times and is decorated with family heirlooms, and musical instruments, and is surrounded by beautiful plantations, like grape vines and palm trees. The rooms were very comfortable with separate bathrooms. The host arranged direct transportation for us from Kutaisi Airport and offered both home-cooked authentic Georgian breakfast, dinner, and also homemade wine. They also have a very lovely dog which was an absolute delight. When our time came to leave the host also was very kind to take us to the bus station by car. We felt at home very much. I can't wait to return soon!
