Good afternoon. We stayed in these apartments in July 2024. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean (not all 5* hotels are so clean and cozy). There is a cafe on the territory. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHRIMPS AND RIBS AND KEG BEER. Very close to the sea. I recommend this cozy hotel!

The building is located at the exit of the center of Hanioti. One of your bedrooms will always face a relatively quiet street where a public football field is located, but depending on the apartment that you get, the second bedroom will either face a really quiet corner or a busy shopping street that's active until much past midnight. We faced the busy street, which resulted in some opening/closing of balcony doors and windows during the night to balance fresh air with street noise. The sound insulation of the doors and windows is excellent, so you can shut down the noise, although it could get hot with windows closed. Collecting the keys was super-easy, as the owner was sitting in front of the building when we arrived. The host, Giannis, is extremely pleasant and easy-going, and is available in front of the apartments almost always when you may need him. Phone communication with Giannis' daughter is always an option, in case you need something at other times. I can't remember the last time I was hosted by such wonderful hosts. Any small issue that we ran into was very quickly solved. The apartment is spacious and clean, cleaned every 3-4 days with bedsheet and towel changes. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from amenities such as fast food, restaurants, Masoutis supermarket, and anything else you may need. It is also close to the central beach of Hanioti.

A wonderful place to relax. The owners have provided everything you need for a wonderful holiday by the sea. The hotel is conveniently located near taverns, shops, sulfur springs, beaches, and a church. The room was cleaned daily. The staff is very customer-oriented, from travel advice to calling a taxi. The whole staff and owner were extremely polite and welcoming! They went as far as providing a dog bed and bowl for our dog, which we appreciated a lot. The pool and bar are a great way to end the day!

There was a very nice breakfast. The location is very good it’s close to the central part of the town and to the other cities. The garden and the pool area are very beautiful. Also very nice for dogs - they are quite friendly with them and the grass was the favourite place of my dog.

All the staff, mainly young people are incredibly friendly. The location is excellent, just in front of a lovely beach. As an update, I want to say that the Hotel Administration contacted me after my complaint and reinbursed me for the days I did not stay in the Hotel. The also promised they will revise their pet policy.
