What an amazing gem. You step off a normal street straight into a small excellently presented boutique hotel. The decor and furnishings are exquisite. The hotel is less than 100M from a large free public car park in the centre of town. There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby, and it is a short drive to the Roman Villa. The host Lorenzo and his wife met us at the property and explained everything. Our only regret was that we only had two nights.

Very good value for money, good location not far from a free parking lot. Breakfast was very generous, with hot dishes prepared at the minute (eggs, brsuschetta) Room & bathroom are large. We had fun communicating with our host since we can't speak italian but prior to that it was easy through whatsapp.

Exceptionally cozy. Warm atmosphere, like home. Host was extremely hospitable. Breakfast fulfilled our satisfaction completely. Nice views to city from breakfast room and garden. Our kids loved Quatro Calzone (cat who was living there). I really have to warmly recommend this place.
