Everything! Could not fault it! The entire hotel is simply stunning! More beautiful in real life. Service and staff are remarkable. They went over and above! All were very friendly and helpful! This exquisite building is a beautifully kept old family palace. The rooms are beautiful and so comfortable. The beds, pillows, linen were the best we’d had in weeks of travelling. The Ricci family were so helpful and friendly. The homemade breakfast spread was exceptional!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The hosts were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is very convenient — it’s easy to reach all the main attractions. The room was spacious, bright, and perfectly clean. The beautiful, well-maintained grounds and the great pool were a real highlight — it was a pleasure to relax and spend time there. The location is beautiful and the room, dining room and pool all have a beautiful view. There is a small city nearby with everything we needed - a great supermarket, coffee shops and bakeries, and restaurants. Nearby, there are amazing natural sites, as well as cities to visit, and everything is quite close. We went to hot springs in nature, hiked, saw Montepulciano, and visited wineries. Also, during this stay, we had family with us, including a baby, and there was lots of open space and grass for her as well.

It is an amazing hotel with a stunning view. Caroline and Paolo are very welcoming hosts. Breakfast was served on the terrace and we enjoyed the morning sun and bird songs. Highly recommended this place. The best place for a trip is by car.
