The accommodation was excellent; comfortable bed, good shower, generous breakfast and everything was spotlessly clean. Our lovely host Samuel was so kind and helpful. He upgraded us from a double room to an apartment and even gave us a lift into town for dinner and again in the morning to resume the Via Francigena.

The room surpassed our expectations as it was bigger and a lot prettier than shown in the pictures - we booked the ‘foresta incantata’. The cleanliness was outstanding and the staff was kind and very helpful even before we arrived (they addressed our questions and requests via email promptly and professionally). The building is modern and located a few minutes away from the centre of Montecatini where you can find lots of restaurants, bars etc. If returning to Montecatini for a romantic gateway, we will defiantly stay here again.

A serene hideaway with panoramic views over Tuscany. We enjoyed the great view and cool breeze in the garden whilst being kept in company by the owner's lovely toddler, a cute dog and a timid cat. It's a little bit off the main tourist tracks so will be most suitable if you have a car

Wonderful stay at an amazing home that dates back to medieval times. Beautifully restored and decorated. Great breakfast as well. Kind, genuine host who is extremely helpful. staff are also kind and welcoming .The town is a great base for a short stay to visit nearby vineyards or hike. the town itself is peaceful and has lots of good. restaurants.
