Great road to property and great surprise at the end. Very beautiful property with great views where ever you look. There was great restaurant with dinner offer - definitely worth to have. All staff was great and helpful. There were different animals on site - horses were our favorites. The room was quite dark even with all lights on, but the darkness had it's own charm :)

Our stay at this incredible castle hotel was nothing short of magical. The drinks menu was just as impressive, with expertly crafted cocktails and a wonderful selection of wines. What made the trip even more special was how welcoming and exciting it was for our children. Sleeping in a real castle was a dream come true for them! They were completely enchanted by the historic rooms, winding staircases, and the sense of adventure that came with every corner of the property. The staff made sure they felt just as pampered and special as the adults, which we deeply appreciated. The house is set in a quiet location with a view of Castell’Arquato in the near distance. It is interesting, sparkling clean and very comfortable to stay in. The breakfasts were excellent but the best thing about Mulino Marsa is Luciano the owner. He is a kind and generous man who did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. All eight members of our family were impressed with kindness and level of service. We would love to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The owners were warm and welcoming, the grounds are beautifully kept, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. Loved the peaceful surroundings and the horses at the stables — truly a relaxing place.
