New, clean house. Away from the main street, quiet. Communication with the host was excellent, there was a problem with the AC, which was resolved very quickly. The shuttle to the airport was good.

As a female solo traveller I wanted to stay near the airport waiting for my husband to arrive. I was met at the airport by the free taxi and instantly put at ease. The rooms were immaculately clean and the private en-suite bathroom. It had all the toiletries you need so I wouldn’t need to open my suitcase and complimentary drinking water. The bed sheets were so soft and the aircon worked very well.

Had perfect night during the stay! Very close to airport good option if you transit in Sri Lanka. The owner just awesome!! He knows everything and took me a tour near around the area! Service is super fast response and reliable. Apartment is suitable for couple or with friend.

The property owner Mr. Indrajeet alias Shantha was very friendly person. He was supportive and helpful through out the stay of one week. The room cost is economical and very clean. He has TukTuk where he can help with your travel anytime. The property is just 5-10 minutes away from the airport and close by to the Negombo beaches and sight seeing places. Best choice for the Transist and Sight seeing. Very safe area for the women travelers as well.

    The accomodation is surrounded by a small green park, the location is great and the room itself is beautiful! Its big, very clean and everything is new. The room smells fresh. The bathroom is spacious, with shampoo, body wash, towels and even toothbrushes and toothpaste! The bed is super comfortable and there is a kettle with some tea and coffee to use. Overall the room is very well equipped for every need you may have. We really enjoyed our stay and can't recommend the villa enough. It is really really clean! Thank you again!

    Spacious and comfortable room in a beautiful calm location . Host was super friendly and took us to the airport at 5 in the morning .Excellent communication at any time. Free transfer to the airport is greatly appreciated . Good value for money.
