Very friendly staff, always available to help, from the owner (Farid) to all the employees (especially Imad and Salah) whom we all thank.     Beautiful property, great breakfast and excellent customer service. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Loved all the animals on site; dogs, cats, donkeys, chickens, peacocks, turkeys etc. and you could easily spend your whole trip without leaving the grounds as it is such a pretty place to stay. There was no stress around getting taxis as the hotel has their own taxi service at a really reasonable price. It is a chilled out, peaceful and relaxing hotel. I would go back to Marrakech just to stay here again!

    Sparkling clean and perfectly located in the heart of the Medina in a quiet, yet very accessible alley. Most important of all, the staff was the highlight of the riad, they went above and beyond to take care of us (and all of the customers). Our deepest appreciation to Olivier and his staff. For those interested, the property is dog friendly, and they have excellent recommendations for restaurants, guides, tours, etc. (not the usual touristy stuff…)
