I liked all services; And the extended time that the hotel gave us to make the checkout; I want to recognice the good service, attitude and smiles of the lady in the front desk (Sarai), the guy in the pool area (Marco) ans the waitress staff in the restaurant included Ximena; They are excellent hosts !!! I liked the authenticity of the building, it is more than 400 years old and the traditional building techniques with of course some modern conveniences. Breakfast was very nice and the location is unbeatable. Since you are right in the historic center, but not so closethat you have to deal with any noise from nightlife on the main street.

Hotel is fascinating house from the 1600s. Room was more like small apt. Very old and very comfortable. Hotel staff, especially Cristina, went above and beyond to help make our first several days in Puebla super fun and interesting. The breakfast was also terrific. Location was very convenient to the historic center and the Zocalo. Overall — great hotel, great staff and we would definitely stay here again.
