We can highly recommend the Neckview Lodge - the location including the view is a dream, it is very cosily furnished, totally clean, spacious, the staff is super nice, helpful and attentive and we were also delighted with the food. We felt completely at home & would have loved to stay longer in this great place ... definitely one of the best accommodations on our trip! We were really well looked after, taken on several nature and community walks through the area and accompanied on our gorilla trekking (to make sure everything went well). Thanks to the whole team and especially to Nelly & Ella - we would love to come back one day.

Cylia and all the staff were fantastic and made sure we didn't miss anything! We are two young women and we stayed at the Ruhija Gorilla Guest house for one night and then tracked with the gorillas the next day but we would have stayed longer! Our room was fantastic, spacious, clean and with two big comfortable beds. The dinner they cooked for us was great and Cylia is careful to fulfil your every wish. Before dinner we visited the village (an experience not to be missed) we met the local people and visited the school and the orphanage; all the people are extremely kind. Everything was amazing! I can’t wait to go back to Kisoro. The whole family was amazing and treated me like I was one of them. On my last day, Andrew offered me a zip line at lake Mutanda and dropped me to the border. They are the kindest most thoughtful hosts I’ve come across. Wishing every host learns from them! Baby Also, David was the cutest little boy!
