This is really a Happy Farm Homestay! 😁 Lan, the host and her staffs, Bin, Khan and Hùng, are very happy, friendly and helpful. They take very good care of me, like family! The air here is very fresh as I am expecting.  Most of trees, plants and vegetables in Lan's farm are kind of rare herbal medicines, which I like it very much! There are many big stones around her farms, which is perfect for sitting on and do meditation!  I stayed here for a month. I feel very happy, relax and reboot!  I enjoyed staying in Happy Farm Homestay! If I visit Thủ Đức again, I will stay here again. Lovely, peaceful location on the riverfront. Perfect to escape the city for some R&R. Food was very good. Very attentive staff. Room was spacious with a nice outside shower area. Comfy bed!

I had a wonderful stay , The apartment was spotless and very well maintained — cleanliness was clearly a top priority. The kitchen had all the essentials like pots, pans, chopsticks, and a blender. A shower and good water pressure made showers enjoyable. There were plenty of charging points, and a nightlight was provided. We enjoyed the soundproofing—it was peaceful. One cabinet door was slightly loose. Didn't affect use, and the host offered to fix it immediately.
