It was so easy to get from one place to another because the trams all stopped a few steps away from our hotel. We had a problem with booking.com tbh, because they cancelled our booking while I was mid flight. I opened my phone to find out that our booking had been cancelled. I had to call the hotel to ensure that our booking was still secure because really, we had no where else to stay. I was so appreciative that they held on to our booking because they too were surprised about the sudden cancellation. The staff assisted us the entire time and were so gracious and pleasant to coordinate with. From this, to the check in, to the check out..everything was perfect. I highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a pleasant stay in Basel.

Breakfast, self-check-in and check-out, interior, they borrowed me a lock (super grateful). The biggest bonus was free public transport ticket. Very nice and cozy place.

It is set 400 metres from Jewish Museum of Basel and provides a lift. Kunstmuseum Basel is 700 metres from the apartment and Basel SBB is 1.3 km away. The apartments are exactly like in the pictures. Super clean and organised, perfect location, they have everything you need. Shower is powerful and hot, bedrooms are warm and fully equipped kitchen. We were a big group split into 2 apartments and I highly recommend it, would go back for sure.

This is an excellent place to base yourself and explore Basel. The staff were outstanding... professional,friendly and helpful. They provided tips about where to go and how to get there. The room was immaculate. They are small, but perfectly formed to provide everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay. Breakfast was enjoyable and the garden area perfect for relaxing.
