We arrived at the location sooner than expected, and she was very accomodating and professional. She showed us around town and provided very useful information about the shops and points of interest. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in this appartment. Equipements were adequate, the rooms were comfortable, and free wifi was provided. After a rather disappointing stay in Edimburgh, our stay here in Balloch really saved our hollidays ! Thanks a lot Cathy !
