Chrisis was the best host ever! 🩷 She was so welcoming and sweet, she made sure everything was ok with my stay. The Pension's location is the best. The room was very comfortable and felt so natural as you can see beautiful flowers and trees. It had everything I needed, even a mosquito repeller liquid :) If you ever hear a creepy noise it is probably a cat visiting you! 😸

If you are traveling to the island of Samos in Greece and would like to stay near a very nice beach, I highly recommend Villa Maria in Kampos, on the south/southwest coast of the island. All of the ten rooms have a balcony or a terrace with room for a table and at least two chairs and all of the rooms have a view to the beach. The rooms have a sink, refrigerator, and a stovetop/oven combination unit. There are dishes and cooking utensils available. Although there are many restaurants available in Kampos, there are mini-marts and supermarkets nearby and it is possible for you to prepare meals in your room. Maria and Manolis are excellent hosts. You will be greeted warmly and if you need anything, they will do their best for you. Villa Maria is not located directly on the main road but is separated from it by a well-maintained swimming pool with deck chairs and umbrellas…and the family’s large vegetable garden. Spending time at the beach while you are in Kampos is wonderfully relaxing. To get to the beach from Villa Maria, you walk down the driveway, cross the street, and you are there. When you get to the beach and choose a sunbed under the reed umbrellas, Giannis and the crew at the Island Bar will make you feel welcome and will fill your orders for refreshments promptly. Manolis and Maria also have a rental car company called A.R.M.A. that has new and well-maintained vehicles https://armarentacar.gr/en/home-page/ We hope you will enjoy your time at Villa Maria as much as we have in our two visits there. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Monastery Zoodochou Pigis is 7.8 km from the hotel and Zoodochos Pigi Monastery is 8.5 km away. Highy recommended! I felt lime at home! Stamatia is a great host, the studio is nice and tidy. Very close to the city center and close to nice beaches. If I come to Samos I will come back for sure!

Paintings, snall statues, paintings on pebbles, etc. Rooms are very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast which is clearly Mediterranean. The hotel' staff is very helpful. There are nearby restaurants which serve delicious food in walking distance. The beach and the sea in front is one of the cleanest and the best beach you can find. If you are fond of cats there are plenty of them.

The owner was really nice and helpful. She responded very quickly for each inquiry. Location is very centralized. walking distance to ferry, beaches and downtown area.

Situated in Kokkari, the recently renovated Θέα features accommodation 200 metres from Kokkari Beach and 8.1 km from Monastery Zoodochou Pigis. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 8.5 km from Port of Samos. Kokkari is the best place to stay on Samos and Θέα is the best place to stay in Kokkari. The apartment is small but it is very clean and has everything you need. The view from the apartment is phenomenal, you are literally two steps away from the see and in the heart of Kokkari. The host is very friendly and helpful, we were welcomed with a nice bottle of local wine and he offered us a bottle of self made olive-oil when we left (which we unfortunately couldn't take on the plane). We will come back to this beautiful island and come back to Θέα!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area in an olive grove. Just perfect for relax and good sleep! Inside everything is new, modern and made with taste. We definitely liked it and its friendly hosts.

You can spend your days swimming, snorkelling & canoeing, eating in (equipped kitchen & outdoor table & chairs) or dining out (nice restaurants within walking distance), chatting to the lovely neighbours (locals & guests) and enjoying the sunshine on the comfortable sun loungers or swinging bench. The passing by or day visiting boats also provide some good energy to the area and there is a small supermarket you can reach by foot.
