The hostess ensured we had our own private family table. The food was fresh with many options and coffee to our liking. The decor and rooms have beautiful old century touches with modern amenities (nice bathroom and shower). Beds were huge and fit a family of 4 comfortably. Our taxi was arranged seamlessly on a Sunday as we had no options for public transportation.

We had such a friendly and warm welcome, and the apartment was lovely. It had everything we could need/want and more. It was warm, comfortable, spacious, clean and there were so many thoughtful additions like treats for breakfast. We loved the embroidered curtain panels, and the hand painted artwork at the front door too. The location is great, close to Volterra which is a great town to visit. Thank you so much for our stay - we highly recommend this lovely spot and kind, thoughtful hosts! Our car smells of lavender now!
