Their warmth made the stay feel personal and easy, and we really appreciated the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. The on-site restaurant offers great food and drinks in a lovely lakeside setting, perfect for watching the colors of Bacalar’s lagoon change through the day. A place that combines natural beauty with attentive service — highly recommended.

Set within 5.9 km of Tulum Archeological Site and 1.7 km of Tulum Bus station in Tulum, Babel Tulum offers accommodation with seating area and a kitchen. This aparthotel has a private pool, a garden and free private parking. All rooms include a balcony with views of the pool. Exceeded all of our expectations - after I posted some pictures of the accommodation to social media I literally had people reaching out and asking where it is and that it looks out of this world. The pool is a nice option to cool down after a long day exploring.

I’m a solo traveler from Taiwan. This place is amazing. If you like a quiet and calm atmosphere. Everything is clean. I love the big window in the room. It’s near to the lagoon. They have great service! I was sick but they took care of me so much! I supposed to stay for only 2nights but I extended to 4nights. I love it 😍

Located in El Paredón Buena Vista, 200 metres from El Paredon Beach, SHANTI SURF CAMP provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with an outdoor swimming pool.

Units are equipped with a kitchen with a dining area, and a private bathroom with free toiletries and shower. A fridge and microwave are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Shanti is a little haven of perfect tranquility and only a few meters from the beach. Our room was spacious, clean with thoughtful decor and accessories including some interesting books. I loved the individual paintings both inside and out. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. We arrived extremely early without warning and were offered breakfast immediately which was above and beyond but extremely thoughtful and much appreciated. They had our room ready for us within a few minutes so that we could enjoy our day around the pool. Mr Luis welcome was terrific and it was lovely to meet Manni the owner and share some of his abounding energy. We would highly recommend staying at Shanti and will certainly rebook next time we are back in El Paredon.

Manuel Crescencio Rejón International Airport is 4 km from the property, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. This is one of the most charming Airbnbs I have visited. I Have traveled in Asia, North Am, and Europe, but this Airbnb was different. It was beautiful beyond words. When I entered it from the street, it felt like I walked into a universe of art, heritage and warmth. I also met some interesting travellers like art historians etc. Highly recommended when visiting Merida. Also staff is polite, courteous and responsible.
