On arrival we plugged in our car and it worked (for free), we checked in quickly, the spa was amazing with many different saunas, the burger in the Pergola restaurants was one of the best ones we ever had. Just like it should be, but rarely is.

Pets are allowed in all room types except in delux room and deluxe apartment. The Location of the hotel, free car park and the most I liked is how the Hotel staff is dressed and behaved! I've already forgotten how staff could express the respect and kind attitude with the way they are dressed and their manners! I am more than pleased - I was treated a high value Customer in Zimowit!

The property has a private monitored car park and garage. Top service and absolutely client-oriented approach with a nice human touch! Personnel is extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. Due to the issues with LOT airlines, had to overstay some time beyond the check out, but it was granted to me with no issues and extra-charges. Hands down 100% recommended! Location, rooms, food quality, price/value ratio, you name it.

The town itself is also nice, despite being situated at a crossroad. Would definitely choose the same place again. Absolutely recommended.
