Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

This is one of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel. The infraestructure is optimal, with everything you need. But what stand the most is the personal and their service. Very kind people and professional, all of them. My congratulations to the managment, you can tell they focuse a lot in that. They put fruits in the room and later in the night send us champagne. The breakfast was delicious. We had so amazing time they make us want to come back to Andorra just to stay in the hotel again.

One of the best accommodations in my life so far: fairytale location, wholesome food and very warm hosts that made us feel like home from the moment we rang the bell. This place is like the one that you cannot wait to tell your parents and friends about and you dream of taking them with you in a future visit! Thank you, Marian y Miguel and hope to revisit your amazing place soon! P.S. if you eat meat, then please order El Secreto Iberico for dinner! Is to die for!

Supermarket within the grounds was convenient and sufficient. Bar/restaurant was great too! Room was comfortable and cozy. Hot water showers available and a ready kitchen. Closest to the spectacular National Park of "Ordesa y Monte Perdido". This Park can compete with the best National Parks in the U.S.A. and China. Torla is a cute village and Broto with its cascade is close. You can also visit AINSA, one of the most beautiful villages of Spain and the Añisclo Canyon, with its microclimate and liquenes. Do not forget to visit also other glacier valleys in the area, outside the Park. The Park has a limit to the number of visitors per day and in the weekend the Guards of the Park may block the access if there are too many visitors.
