Brand new lovely hotel. Perfect setting in the village. Rooms are modern with air conditioning which is a valued bonus. Excellent dinner in the restaurant including breakfast. Elegant hotel with a staff that is very attentive to guests. We loved our room and its terrace. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. I'm a remote worker and the desk provided a great working area for me to get some work done, take a few calls and sit in a few meetings. A short walk to the main shopping street and restaurants and a short drive to the ski areas. My wife is celiac and was very happy Instants restaurant had gluten free bread and she was able to enjoy her favorite, eggs benedict, and they other gluten free options. Service from the valet / bell, front desk, Instants and room was all outstanding.

The location was amazing. Right in the heart of nature with mountains and waterfalls all around. The room was great with a window that opened to the view of the waterfalls. Breakfast was amazing. Very extensive buffet. A bar and outside patio was also a welcome bonus to sit outside and take in the views. Hiking trails all around. Very tranquil place to retreat to.

There was a good view of the mountains from the road. They give a complimentary bottle of wine at check in.. they did have a pool and a playground for kids. The grocery store didn't bother to turn on lights, so it was hard to see what they had. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple more euros to stay in one of the hotels nearby.

If you’re into shopping and chic brands then it’s worth a stop. Otherwise very crowded and lots of traffic and air quality was not very good as the place is located in a basin between mountains. Lots of traffic, crowded streets and bad air was the perfect reason for me to get out of the place after one just night!

I visited Benasque to compete in the Vuelta al Aneto trail race. The race started and ended in Benasque. Benasque is a great base for outdoor activities (hiking, trail running, mountain biking) with many shops providing gear and support for your adventures. Closest to the spectacular National Park of "Ordesa y Monte Perdido". This Park can compete with the best National Parks in the U.S.A. and China. Torla is a cute village and Broto with its cascade is close. You can also visit AINSA, one of the most beautiful villages of Spain and the Añisclo Canyon, with its microclimate and liquenes. Do not forget to visit also other glacier valleys in the area, outside the Park. The Park has a limit to the number of visitors per day and in the weekend the Guards of the Park may block the access if there are too many visitors.
