I went with my two boys and we had a fabulous time. The location is superb— beautiful environment and very quiet. The cabins are simple but comfortable and include a shower and toilet. If you go in recognising that it’s not a four star hotel, but rather a very comfortable camping experience then you’ll have a fabulous time (i.e the water gets trucked in, rather than piped, so don’t expect a high-pressure shower). But it’s important to thoroughly read all the emails that are sent in advance to avoid being disappointed because you do need to bring either your own food or pre-order food 48 hours ahead. We were fine with that and stocked up on the way. Charcoal and firelighters were available on site from the shop between 9-6 pm

The hotel interior is good, the rooms is the standard size for the price. I was shocked that the toiletries are complete. Thumbs up to that. The pool is decent with the large sitting area.The reception personnel was courteous, high five to the receptionist at night who generously let me borrow a charger.

    It is a great break from the city, quiet, great for a family. The chalet is clean, well kept. We were in the two bedroom, there’s work going on to build a jacuzzi so we will certainly be back. The three bedroom has a jacuzzi. There’s a grill by the pool so the family can hang out and eat at the same time. The pool is a great big size, is temperature controlled and clean. The pool is completely private. There are plants surrounding the outside lining of the wall with beautiful flowers and if you get lucky you can see some rare birds too. There’s different outdoor furniture for you to sit and relax on. Indoors the kitchen and electronics are new, great quality. The TV is the new Samsung high def model, you can hook up your Netflix or Amazon prime account and enjoy. Bathrooms have clean towels, soap, hand wash, and shampoo. kitchen has utensils and a large fridge. It is very close to the mall if you want to drive to shop. Shaded parking is available outside.

    Everything was perfect. All the staff were incredible, very helpful and provided a great service. They went above and beyond for us as we were celebrating two life milestones and they made our stay extra special. The food was delicious and had plenty of veggie options. My husband is vegan and they made him special dishes everyday so he had more options. The location was beautiful. The beach is stunning, clean and very quiet. The room was incredible with stunning views. Overall, one of the best resorts we've stayed at and we'll be back very soon. I'd highly recommend this for your stay.

It offers a wide variety of hotels to suit all budgets, along with an impressive selection of restaurants covering different cuisines, price ranges, and dining styles. Visitors with time to explore can enjoy relaxing on the beach, shopping at modern malls, or taking part in water activities such as boat tours, or organized cruises. For nature lovers, the city is close to stunning natural landscapes, including Jebel Jais—the UAE’s highest peak—where visitors can enjoy scenic drives, hiking, and even the world’s longest zipline. There are also several cultural sites worth visiting, such as the National Museum, historic forts, and traditional souks.     If you're considering this property, be sure to double-check a few things before booking. The only standout feature during my stay was the indoor female pool — clean, quiet, and well-maintained. However, the rest of the experience was underwhelming. The room cleanliness was not up to standard, and some amenities listed — like one of the restaurants and the spa — were not operational without any prior notice. If you're booking a sea-view room, be aware that the view might not match your expectations. Mine faced a main road and construction site, with only a distant glimpse of the sea. Also, beach access is walkable (5-7mins) — it requires a buggy ride to and from the beach area. I recommend confirming in advance what facilities are open, verifying the actual view from the room, and understanding how beach access works to avoid disappointment.
