Everything was PERFECT. The location of the hotel the food, the cleanliness of the entire facility, the pleasant atmosphere, the hotel staff, especially Lori, who was very nice and helped us with everything we were interested in about Ksamil. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Ksamil on vacation and if we were to go again we would definitely stay here. Thank you for everything!

Amazing staff! this is the first thing to mention. The young lady at the reception was lovely and super friendly ! Then the location is pretty good, walking distance from everything. Private parking. The pool was nice with sun until mid afternoon. Being close to the road is not annoying at all.

Very nice hotel with really friendly and helpful stuff, we stayed just one night but if we could we would stayed more. Location of the hotel is perfect, just couple of minutes from beach and city center. Room was really big and clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast delicious, thank you for our stay in Ksamil!

    The hotel gave a great first impression; neat, clean and with a friendly staff. They were service oriented and very attentive to our needs. They made sure we had a pleasent stay. The included breakfast was great. The restaurant offered delicious meals to an affordable price. I would absolutely recommend enjoying a meal at the hotel restaurant! Everything we needed was within walking distance; multiple beaches, markets, shops, bars and restaurants. We had an extraordinary view of the sunset from our room. We were very happy with our stay.

    I loved the location, it is not in the center of the city so it is quiet and you can relax. Center of Ksamil is 10 min walk by the sea. The staff is so pleasant and they really make sure that everything is clean. They clean the room every day and change the towels. Food in hotel is phenomenal. The sea is clean and the staff makes sure the beach is clean of trash and sea grass. The parking is next to hotel so basically you can see your car from the balcony. Will be coming back here 🌊☀️

    Everything was perfect! The accomodation was clear, comfortable and in the perfect spot! The best beach was just a few minutes walk(but a lot of beaches were really near), the restaurants were great and near. There were also exhange opportunity, atm, pharmacy, supermarket, etc just a few meter away. The owners were great and really nice! The breakfast was always amazing! They also have an icecream and donout shop in front of the building and its also fantastic! 1000% recommend! :)

    We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were very friendly and always ready to help. They exchanged money for us and even arranged a taxi to the Saranda port at 3 AM. The room, although small, was very cozy and comfortable. The location is also great — a supermarket is just 1 minute away, the beach is about 3 minutes on foot, and the town center is around a 15-minute walk. Everything was clean, organized, and handled professionally. Highly recommended!

    We like our short and nice stay in this property as the staff are accommodating. Kristy showed us to our room and is approachable too. When we are about to eat dinner and it was raining hard, his brother drive us to the best restaurant without any cost and Kristy picked us up after. Also, our clothes were wet from the rain, they dried it in their laundry area without charging us. They are very friendly and would recommend Mira Mare.

    Great location! Friendly staff. Rooms clearly have recently been renovated and they are fabulous! Comfortable bed, and fridge in room is handy. Beach just across the road and being off season didn’t have to pay for chairs. Nice toiletries included as well as slippers. Spacious bathroom with good water pressure. Definitely recommend!

    Ksamil is emerging as a tourist destination & the centre of...

    Ksamil is emerging as a tourist destination & the centre of the town at least seems to have opted to cater for those who prefer loud music / water activities on the beaches. That said, there is a good selection of bars & restaurants both in the centre of the town and on the main road into it. The hotel in which we stayed (Area Hotel) was excellent. Public transport is ok - there is a bus every 30 mins to Sarande or Butrint BUT it is packed & an experience in itself! Fares are 150 Lek (1.5 euro) each way. Taxis are available but cost approx 30 euro each way. Although card payment is accepted in most restaurants / hotels etc, it seems as though cash is king in Albania. Local currency (Lek) can be accessed once you're in the country by changing euro at one of the many exchanges.

    Ksamil is a very beautiful resort with numerous stunning beaches and crystal-clear azure waters. There are plenty of quality restaurants offering delicious food at reasonable prices. The only drawback is that almost all beach spots are paid, meaning you need to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. The cheapest spots started at around €15 for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella, while more premium locations charged €30 to €40 per set. Luxury cabana-style spots could cost up to €70 per day. Almost everywhere accepted euros, so it was not necessary to exchange money into the local currency. Alternatively, you could pay in euros and receive change in the local currency (Albanian lek). On average, €1 was equivalent to about 95–96 lek.

    The beaches are extremely beautiful and clean.

    The beaches are extremely beautiful and clean. Renting sunbeds/umbrellas can be quite pricy. If you go in the afternoon they would charge you the same price on some beaches. Driving in Ksamil can be quite hectic. The streets are quite narrow and not all the streets have pavements and on streets where they are present either they are taken up by shops or else the people do not use the land walk in the middle of the road. Be careful if you are driving there especially during rush hour and parking is not easy. The restaurants are really good. We tried a lot of them and the food is delicious and most of them have very reasonable prices. We were always treated nicely from the staff.
