The resort has a perfect location with beautiful views, very clean rooms, delicious food, and great staff. The only small inconvenience was that the room was a bit cold at night, but overall I highly recommend this place

My room was upgraded, as there was a room with a balcony with lake view, which was very nice. This area of Lake Sevan is less crowded, compared to the shores closer to Yerevan, and this makes the property very peaceful, surrounded by pure nature. You don't see noisy picnickers, cars here and the territory is very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went extra mile and agreed to give me my breakfast at 12:00 !!
