We had a wonderful stay at Bormio N'Joy. The room was spacious, modern, impeccably clean, and featured the best shower we've ever experienced. We also loved the common area, which included a small kitchen and various activities for children. The host was extremely helpful and friendly, and the location was conveniently close to the center.

    what a lovely hotel , the staff is amazing , 2 ladies in the restaurant were perfect, welcome drink upon arrival , kitchen was closed and we were hungry but the lady made a cold plate with a local cheese and ham, room had a small balcony with a nice view, amazing comfortable bed with very good mattresses I slept like a baby , had a dinner in restaurant some pizza and was very tasty ! and very cheap ! parking in front of the hotel free of charge , there is a huge terrace and big restaurant you can choose were to have, diner, lunch or afternoon drink the receptionist/manager/owner made the stay even better felt like a VIP quest all the time thank you for your hospitality breakfast ist served from 8:00-10:00 i like to sleep longer but made it just before closing , the breakfast was good choice of everything what you can ask , very good coffee and local fresh milk , amazing service from the lady even had a chance to get a scrambled eggs (9:45) and served with a smile thank you will be definitely back soon

    In the middle of nowhere, there is the paradise on earth. An hotel in the center of a beautiful village surrounded by magnificent mountains. Haven of peace where everything is settled. Very warm welcome. You immediately feel at home here. The staff is very kind. The rooms are beautiful. Mountain style decoration with a little modernism, it's very cozy. The garden with the chairs around the SPA and the swimming pool is beautifully maintained. The restaurant's menus are incredible and you can have one of the dishes as “ à la carte” very appreciating . The food is excellent. This small hotel was a stopover on our trip. A coincidence which makes things good because we will come back 💯. We love this place. So quiet. Very nice hikes with free tickets from the hotel.

    My friends and I came to Bad Ragaz for my Birthday celebration and it was the best decision I've made! We spent there 2 nights, and obviously it was not enough! The Spa is huge, saunas are amazing, the view and location are magical. Breakfast al card so delicious and elegant. The stuff is so helpful, friendly and nice. We had two dinners, one in 'Memories' with 3 Michelin stars and it was not just a dinner, it was such a beautiful experience The second in 2 Michelin stars 'Igniv' very special and interesting as well I regret we couldn't stay longer

    This was our second stay here as it is a lovely comfortable hotel for a week’s ski holiday. The staff are all very friendly and do everything to make your stay as good as possible. Great breakfast and a regular shuttle to the Flims cable car. The outdoor hot tub was a real highlight.

    There's so much to do in the area. we went summer skiing at...

    There's so much to do in the area. we went summer skiing at the glacier (Stelvio), which was ok (lots of long lines for the button lifts because of the hundreds of ski club teams). But the nearby QC Terme Bagni Vecchi was amazing. Would like to have stayed longer for hiking and mountain biking. Very nice little town and beautfil surroundings.

    I only had two short, separate overnighters so tired on arrival. I would have liked more time to explore the old town in daylight and also visit Arosa by train. The cathedral is beautiful and a must see. My sense of direction is poor but google maps made it easy to orientate myself.

    Beautiful countryside and perfect for walking or cycling in the hillsides around the village, plus some really nice restaurants open late into the evening filled with people who all appeared to be having a good time. Also great to be able to do some duty free shopping.

    St Moritz is a "to-do" once in your life.

    St Moritz is a "to-do" once in your life. There are lots of shops, good restaurants and great scenery BUT without skiing and the winter landscape St Moritz is not that special - nice place to visit but over-priced - one day and one-night during summer is sufficient to scratch the visitor's itch. Staying at St Moritz-bad is a bit cheaper whilst still close to everything and an easy walk to the big-name shops and good restaurants. Getting around by local bus (including to-from Bahnhof) is super easy, except the on-bus electronic ticket machines can be difficult. We stayed one-night and one-day and thoroughly enjoyed it.

    I arrived on the afternoon of a festival where the one-way Promenade was traffic free. With many street food stalls, music and a lot of public. The walk around the lake was enjoyable and also a trip up to Jakobshorn of reduced ticket prices (Fr. 18.- return, make sure that at the top you can get through the turnstile and not pay for the downhill journey like we did. Got a refund at the cash desk at the bottom though) for hotel guests with the tourist card. Also free travel on the the nostalgic train to Filisur and back and on all buses was a bonus. Scenery is splendid, and if you're a train enthusiast, it's the place to be for the Bernina or Glacier Express. Can recommend a bite to eat or just Coffee and Cake at Kaffee Klatsch on the Promenade.     Cleanliness,well proportioned room with a fridge and lovely bathroom.Easy parking outside.There are no staff on site and the contact no was out of service.This is a self service hotel and is best viewed as a bed for the night or longer if you use the local cafes and eateries for your sustanance. The hotel has alot of character with a games room and a bar .Being out of season it was very quite and the bar was not in use.I would go again the only issue I had was not being a tec head was getting into the hotel.You need to go to the link on your confirmation e mail to check in to get the access code and room no.Not always easy at journeys end and being awake for 28 hrs.

    Love the facilities for mountain biking and they are only going to get better. Everything is to hand, loads of car parking, supermarket, excellent bike hire facilities, bar near by. Seems great for families (I travelled alone but folk seemed to be having a great time). Safe and secure area.

    Lenzerheide was beautiful and clean. The lake is great for walking around, and the mountains amazing. Take the gondola up to the very top! Everywhere we eat was good. If you are going self service remember that the shops close on a Sunday.

    Pontresina is a pretty little town and so much nicer, more picturesque and less expensive than say, St Moritz, unless you are after the glamour and „status“ that comes with mixing with the jet-setters there. The main reason we have always stayed here though is the central location with easy access to and from anywhere in the Engadine and its attractive side valleys. Come here for nature and outdoor activities, not for shopping or night life 🙂
