We had a family room, and it was big, comfortable, well equipped. The host and the whole staff were very friendly. The hotel is just 3 minutes drive from the spa. The breakfast is delicious, everyone found their preferred choice. If we return to Loipersdorf, this accomodation is surely our first option.

    Hotel is beautiful, exterior, and interior was even more. It was very clean, comfortable rooms, cleaned daily, view vas breathtaking. The food vas out of this world, variable and tasty, morning buffet had everything a person can wish for, and more, and lunch meni vas so tasteful, like we war dying in a someone's personal kitchen, family taste. The stuff vas very polite, always there with a smile to us, and also for our little Max, a dog who was with us. Simply PERFECT! We decided to go back there,in the summer, I bet it's even more beautiful when everything is green, so...Ready or not, here we go 😊Keep up a good work.

    Beautiful big room with super comfortable bed, space full bathroom and toilet with straight entrance to terrace following garden. Room was super clean. Personal did not speak english but were super nice and kind and everything was clear. Hotel kind of in the middle of nowhere, yet close to very tasteful restaurant and thermal pool. Hotel has peaceful surrounding, great to relaxation with big playground for kids. Breakfast was super delicious with lot of options to eat and to drink. The big plus was meal for kids avaiable during all day (hipp etc.) We spent only one nigth and felt sorry we cannot stayed any longer.

    We had travelled to Jennersdorf for a friend's 70th birthday...

    We had travelled to Jennersdorf for a friend's 70th birthday celebrations so we were already familiar with the area and spent our time catching up with friends. Jennersdorf is a good base for exploring the southeast area of Austria which is pretty much unknown to British tourists. The area produces excellent white and red wines and there are plenty of vineyards to visit and sample the wares. There are also lots of castles to visit and thermal baths to enjoy. Jennerdorf lies very close to the Hungarian and Slovenian borders and it is easy to visit both countries.

    What we liked is friendliness of staff and tidy rooms. What we didn't like is no clear idea what we could order for the 19 euro breakfast. We also did not like two single beds, two mattrases and two covers... in a room with "king size double bed" ( the receptionist blamed booking.com for wrong entry of beds) hmm

    This is a truly feast for senses. Every effort is made to satisfy the customer, from breakfast, lunch and very special dinner service. Facilities in this hotel will satisfy everyone. The staff is just like a well tuned orchestra.

    Jennersdorf and the area around Jennersdorf is nice, and I would like to go their again, but on another hotel. The weakness about the area is a lack of English speaking population - in general. Otherwise the food in the restaurants are good.
