I liked everything about the hotel except some mess during the breakfast, I think the waitress just forgot about my order, however it didn’t impact the overall experience:)

This place is very contemporary and comfortable. It is really hard for me to think of anything I needed and could not get. Bonus if you come on weekend there is salsa/bachata night if you are into it. You can borrow records from the reception for listening and also tablet in the room is not very often in hotels. Location is quite central. Great job

We enjoyed our stay. The ground-floor room was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, and a small terrace perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. There’s a café conveniently located right next to the hotel. It cost us about €10 by Uber to reach the city center.

The Guesthouse was such a delight. Centrally located; just steps from the Habsburg Palace and the Opera House, the hotel offered very comfortable accommodations. The front staff were always smiling and eager to help with any requests. Because it is a small hotel, the staff seemed to quickly know us by name and we felt like it was home for the duration of our stay. We definitely would recommend The Guesthouse. Special note needs to be made about the on-site Brassierie. The wait staff was professional, accommodating and efficient, and the food was delicious.

    Our stay at Goldene Spinne was great! The location is fantastic and the rooms are very good, especially considering the reasonable pricing. What was exceptional about our stay however was the customer service. We had forgotten a shirt and jacket in the wardrobe, and didn't realize in until we were in Switzerland. We spoke with the front desk, and they located the item and shipped it to the hotel we were staying at FREE of charge! Absolutely incredible service!

    The hotel is one of the loveliest hotels we have ever visited, and I'm a perfect location. We rarely even hangout in the same hotel when we travel but the roof top and the restaurant are also excellent and highly recommended. The room was a bit small and doesn't fit 2 people with big bags easily, but we should have chosen a bigger one if we knew, but this didn't affect our experience as the rooms are lovely and make you feel at home. Highly recommended.

    I really appreciate that the staff cared that I was not feeling well. Sleep very comfortable the first couple of days. Came down for a great breakfast (as much as I could eat). Definitely helped. Was able to extend a day. Went out twice. Every time, they asked me how I felt. Did I mention it was the most etiquette hotel I stayed out of the 8 countries I have traveled to. I highly recommend this hotel

    Not talking about the rates this place offers, which are simply too good. The owners and the staff really put their heart in this place. This shows in the warm welcome you will get on your arrival, the individual room and its coziness all around. Located really close to several main public transportation lines, this place is really everything you need for a great stay in Vienna.

    We loved Vienna, especially the Belvedere Palace. The section of Klimt art work is superb and there was a new area all about his life, with photos and letters, which was so informative and interesting. We also enjoyed a wonderful concert at St Charles church.

    A wonderful historic city, every building in the old town and the new town is an architectural heritage site. The public transport system is very simple and convenient. Despite the high prices, there is always something to see and do.
