- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Superb - What previous guests thought, 515 reviewsEverything about Halls Gap Lakeside Tourist Park is on point! Perfect! Exceed our expectation in every way. The staff are friendly, kind and welcoming and really helpful! We went there for 2 nights but unfortunately during the time the national park was closed. The staff recommend us other stuff we can do at Halls Gap and also help us check the update news of the nation park. Our cabin is cute and has all the things we need (kitchen, kitchenware, bbq stove, etc). The cabin is also nice and clean! Beds are great and comfy. The location is also very good. There are lots of wildlives we are able to meet (kangaroos, emu, cockatoos, and other birds). The price is reasonable and very good for what the room we got!Guest review bySinanunThailand
- From US$231.86 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 453 reviewsLoved the log fire. Totally didn’t see it on the booking. It was so nice when some wintery weather came through. They also turned on the heater for our arrival which was lovely. Having breakfast with a view of the forest, birds and kangaroos was lovely. Was lucky enough to see a young one that had the case of the zoomies. Super easy key collection. No needing to go to an office. Got a text about the key and the code. Was super helpful. The location is awesome.Guest review byMikaelaNew Zealand

The rooms are clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the cabin is large and spacious and each cabin has the privacy you need. I stopped in Park for one day on a trip and it was lovely. I will definitely come back to the place on my next trip.Guest review byzivIsrael
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 692 reviewsThis is the most wonderful place we were during our four week vacation in Austrlia. Nick is a great host and he made sure we had everyting we needed. We were the only guests at the time so it was very quiet, a great way to really enjoy nature. And there is much to enjoy in the Barrington Tops.Guest review byAnitaNetherlands

Also - we arrived a bit late on a cold evening and Alan had put on the heat pump for us so the chalet was warm and cosy when we got in :)Guest review bySusanSouth Africa

Halls Gap is beautiful.
Halls Gap is beautiful. We visited the new Gallery at WAMA and its botanical garden area, which we will definitely do again. There are some nice eateries. Flame Brothers was excellent, and the local wine shop stocks a great range of regional wines. The Pomonal Wildflower Show was a highlight, with lunch at Barneys. Surrounded by natural beauty it is a must visit.Guest review byBillAustralia - 8.0

I just stayed one night going through Horsham so cannot comment on except to say I did go across to the Victoria hotel for dinner and found the meals were very good and reasonable cost. Would certainly go there again.Guest review byVicAustralia - 10.0

A few pubs at Nhill, however the recommended place was shut for Sunday dinner unfortunately. Owner was helpful however and suggested a couple of alternatives (the only alternatives in Nhill!!!) Not much there but a friendly town halfway between Adelaide and Melbourne. Think there was a bakery but that was closed. The IGA was open thank goodness.Guest review bySuzyQ17Australia - 10.0

Lake Tyrell was absolutely amazing - I’m sure you could visit everyday and see something different! Sea lake is a pretty little town with friendly locals and a great pub for meals. Green Lake is another little hidden gem in the area. Silo art was great - especially being lit up at night. Really enjoyed our time in Sea Lake.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

So much to do in town and the area. Charming town, friendly locals, excellent food at Victoria Hotel, & Cat Clarke's restaurant which featured local produce & bush tucker. Lake Tyrell and the silo art in the area are well worth your time!Guest review byMichaelAustralia - 8.0

It is a fascinating town, old goldfields, amazing 19thC architecture, good caravan park. For us it's been a transit overnight being halfway between Adelaide Hills Home and Falls Creek, with numerous trips to family winter and summer last 12 or so years. Worth a longer stay but ...circumstances... A shout-out to the Farmers Arms Hotel for good pub food on a Sunday evening!!Guest review byTim FatchenAustralia - 10.0

Brilliant sample of country Victoria/Australia; genuine warm country welcome amid towering gums, native bushlands, great birdlife and cute animals. The easy walk through bushland to town delivers great food, sensational wine list and great morning coffee. ...and I'm a professional tour guide showing tourists around, so I'm a well-informed "purchaser"Guest review byLuigi De SotoAustralia
