We have never experienced any problems with any of the cabins we have stayed in. They have always been very clean and well equipped for our needs and stay. Would highly recommend this park.Guest review byWilliamAustralia

We liked our villa, very comfortable, the camp kitchen was the best we have seen. The grounds and amenities were great, reception staff very friendly. We did not find anything to complain about. We had some great meals close to the holiday park. Easy walking to the shops in the Main Street .Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Salamander Bay is beautiful, there are so many activities to do and you are close to the beach, shops and great places to eat. I recommend going on a camel ride, horse riding, quad bike riding, take the whole family to toboggan Hill and roller blade, take the family on the toboggan, play mini golf, hit the beaches, enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, juice, pizza, fish n chips what ever you like eating and drinking it will definitely hit the spot, at the diggers club, berubi Beach tavern, pop into the local stores and grab a ice cream, go for a drive to enjoy the scenery, and learn about the history. Have fun , enjoy the quiet.Guest review bycheryleAustralia - 4.0
The property does not deserve a 8.1 rating.
The property does not deserve a 8.1 rating. Could not use the shower or the air conditioner due to there below poor condition, including foul smell. Beds were terrible. Motel was cramped with terrible parking. It was a very unpleasant stay, we couldn’t wait to leave.Guest review byJodieAustralia - 8.0

I liked that we had the beach so handy, even though it was winter, and hubby played putt putt, and we enjoyed a hit of tennis. We were warm and cosy in our cabin, but I would like to visit in Spring or Autumn when its a little warmer to have BBQ's and sit outside at the Cafe. Overall a nice spot to stay, and handy to other activities, amenities and sightseeing.Guest review byKrisAustralia - 8.0

Loved the location of Bannisters which is right across the road from the Bowling Club and down below Bannisters is the sailing club where you can get a coffee overlooking the water. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and Holberts Prawn and Oysters are a few minutes drive away.Guest review byCharlesAustralia - 10.0

Karuah was a great place to get to and experience what it has to offer. Access was easy for everything. The RSL offered a good array of meals and the price was reasonable. I note that there was also a Pizzeria in Karuah - maybe we will try that next time.Guest review byGayleAustralia - 4.0

Great shower, and that is where it stops, massive gap under the door let's cold in and dust only a small hand broom to go over the floor it was so gritty to walk on blinds don't fit properly so cannot keep the light out plus when it's windy they swing so light dark light dark and only 1 thin blanket to keep warm noisy heating overall would not stay againGuest review byAnneAustralia - 10.0

We love taking our dog on holiday with us - so Anna Bay has a big dog friendly beach which also has shallow end. The "locals" were all really friendly, relaxed and gave helpful suggestions. Good pub , pizza place, fish n chips n hamburger joint. Ideal for really relaxed casual holidayGuest review byDeniseAustralia - 10.0

Sleepy little town near Nelson’s Bay without as many tourists. The playground near the jetty great for the younger set (3-6 years old) with an enclosed beach for splashing and bbq facilities. Coffee from Heather’s cafe was on par with city cafes (real barista and beans). Bowls club had hearty meals and a variety of dishes. I would recommend this town as a base to explore Port Stephen’s if you want to avoid crowds.Guest review byMelissa
