AustraliaEverything you could possibly need for a family weekend away in the south of Sydney. Fully stocked kitchen with high quality utensils and appliances, 2 of the 4 bedrooms contain an ensuite whilst 2 shared an enormous bathroom with all your toiletries supplied. Immaculate facilities, several areas for private relaxation and family gatherings and the view over the water was superb. Our host Ken, was extremely welcoming and made sure we were comfortable and was available for any assistance. Beds were amazingly comfortable and the apartment really did feel like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back as a family again. Wouldn't stay anywhere else now that we've discovered this gem!

We could leave our stuff there 4,5hours before the official check-in time which helped us a lot.
Room is very tidy, bathroom has all the amenities you need. Coffee, tea & small snacks are in the room as well. If someone wants there are cornflakes&milk for breakfast without any extra charge.
We didn't use the common area/bbq place but ut looked lovely too.
2min walking distance from the beach, close to Cronulla shopping street.

What a bustling beach community. So much available to do, beaches, restaurants, cafes and bars are plentiful. An awesome mall and did I mention the beach!! A really nice esplanade to walk along too. With all that's available and how busy it is, Cronulla still maintains a small beach town vibe about it, friendly and relaxing. Loved it. The street we stayed was narrow and hard to find parking, but the views were good. Its a fair distance from the main shopping centre, so you would need a car for transport. Sutherland looked lovely with the giant Christmas tree up at the Entertainment Centre and decorations on the streets. It's so easy to get around on foot everywhere, and a short ride from the train station into the city or Bondi. If you have a car, definitely take the short drive into Royal National Park and Wants Beach. I was on a trip to visit relatives who live close by and to attend an event in the city. It was just an overnight stay and just adequate for my needs. Cronulla is a really beautiful place to visit and this Cronulla Motel could and should be upgraded to a standard for the area. I have stayed at Motels right in Sydney for $130 with much better facilities even though only classed as 3 Stars. Cronulla Motel is a disgrace and except for clean linen it needs an inspection of Occupational Health and Safety as it would not pass in its current state of cleanliness or facilities. The house was irrelevant regarding whether I liked it or not but it was clean and sufficient for my needs. It was not the Ritz but not the Pits either.
