Great location and amazing staff. The hotel is located in the heart of Baku. In walking distance to the historical center, the seafront and many attractions. The breakfasts at the hotel are very good. The choice is not huge, but varied enough. All products are of high quality and tasty. Excellent beds, with the ability to pick up almost any pillow. The rooms are spacious Separately I would like to mention the staff, which is incredibly responsive willing to help in many situations, in everything that concerned the accommodation, as well as many others

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was nice and new (a little bit dark though). Cleaning is daily, they change the towels and replace the bottle of water if you finished it. Location was perfect for us, everything is in walkable distance. Breakfast was also good, they even prepare eggs as you wish. I would definitely come back, very nice place.

I had a wonderful stay at Twelve Inn! The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to assist. A special thanks to manager Turan, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. His professionalism and willingness to help made a great impression. I truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality. Amazing hotel, super clean, friendly staff and comfortable. You have everything you need in your room, from slippers to bottled water and tissues. There is daily cleaning too.     The property, with its beautiful beach along the Caspian Sea, was absolutely perfect, but what truly made our trip exceptional was the incredible staff. Their helpful, supportive, and friendly approach stood out throughout our stay. We encountered some difficulties ordering a taxi due to street closures during the Formula 1 event, but the hotel manager personally stepped in and kindly drove us to our destination. The reception staff, cleaning team, and all other employees were consistently warm and welcoming, ensuring we had a wonderful experience. I can't thank them enough for making our stay so memorable!

    During the COP 29, we lodged at Montenegro Inn. Our overall two weeks experience was excellent. The rooms were clean, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. While the hotel is situated somewhat distant from the city's main attractions, it offers round-the-clock taxi services at good rates. I would strongly endorse this place, giving it a perfect score of 10 out of 10.

    An interesting city to walk through at day and night time as...

    An interesting city to walk through at day and night time as well. You can walk along the promenade at Caspian Sea for many kilometers, can visit a lot of nice parks and the views to the Flame Towers at night are incredible. The walks through the old city as well as neighboring streets with older European style buildings are also pretty enjoyable. For a short stay I would also recommend a day tour in the surround of Baku.
