The location of this hotel is fantastic for all the amenities you will need for your stay in Illidza. I stayed with a family of young children and it was just perfect for what I wanted. The swimming attraction is included for free, the play centre is 5 minutes walk, the shopping mall is around the corner with the option to leave the older kids in stay and play as you shop. Too many buildings have been constructed, damaging the peaceful atmosphere. While the architecture may be modern, there is not enough meaningful content or attractions for visitors. If you like medieval history then Sarajevo is jam packed with it. The clock tower blew my mind. It was my favourite historical spot in Sarajevo. The guide from Meet Bosnia, who told us its history, was very knowledgeable. Sarajevo is quite small and we walked whenever we wanted to go anywhere. We ate at Dzenita - it's very central. Delicious! We loved their food, but we didn't stay long enough to try out all the dishes I wanted to try. We also tried out Brunch Sa's full breakfast dish, Brunch Sarajevo - what a treat! We got out of Sarajevo to visit the famous Pyramid of the Sun. Yes, it is real. The meditations are very powerful there. Prekrasno skijalište, staze lijepo pripremljene, drže dosta dobro i na +13. Ima dosta gužve, a s obzirom na izgradnju koja je u tijeku, valjalo bi dodati još staza. Odvoz smeća sumnjivo funkcionira i nedostaje pekara. Ljudi su izuzetno ljubazni i osjećaš se zaista dobrodošao! Sarajevo is a hidden gem! It is beautiful and green with so much history and charm. It is amazing how the city has bounced back after the atrocities happening not too long ago.
